For the past 30 years Mariela has dedicated her time to help companies engage, develop and promote diverse talent while strengthening their DEI credentials in the market. Some of the companies she’s impacted positively include: Novartis, MetLife, Microsoft, Colgate-Palmolive, Honeywell, Bridgestone, Sodexo, and Celebrity Cruises. She has presented at Harvard University, Princeton University, Yale University, The Conference Board, The College Board, SHRM, ALPFA, and many other universities, and professional conferences. She’s a thought leader on topics related to leadership, DEI, career development, and women’s career advancement.
Among her most recent awards: On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Red Shoe Movement, she received a Special Citation by New York State Governor Kathy Huchul for the impact of her company and its initiative #RedShoeTuesday. She’s the recipient of the “Leadership in D&I within an agency of any size” by the Public Relations Society of America; She’s listed as one of the top 100 global influencers on Gender Equality by Onalytica; Mariela has received the “Visionary of the Year” award by the Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Proclamations by the New York State Governor, the New York State Senate; the “Leadership in Diversity & Inclusion” award by LNC, a coalition of Employee Groups at major financial and media companies in the U.S. as well as many others.

Gustavo is the International Cultural Ambassador for Patronato Ruta de la Amistad (Mexico68.org) – 2012 World Monuments Watch. Gustavo holds degrees in Hotel & Tourism Business Management and Marketing. He’s been the Chief Marketing Officer for the Red Shoe Movement since 2016.

Djamel Kadi
HEAD TECH ADVISOR | MIT alumnus
As the Head Tech Advisor for the Red Shoe Movement, Djamel Kadi brings a distinguished track record in technology and innovation, underscored by a rich understanding of Latin American culture and languages, gained from extensive experience across multiple countries. Fluent in French, Spanish, English, and more, Djamel’s linguistic skills enhance his ability to lead diverse teams and manage international projects.
His career includes significant roles such as the CTO and co-founder of Zeestr, a promising AI-based fundraising startup, and impactful positions at organizations like RipplEffect, the New York Open Center or Encantos Media.
Notably, while based in Paris, Djamel managed high-profile projects for prestigious clients such as Ernst & Young, PWC, KPMG, and Deloitte, as well as the Expedia Group, showcasing his capability to navigate and excel in complex, dynamic environments.
As an MIT alumnus and co-recipient of the Zell Fellows Program at Kellogg School of Management for innovation, his expertise in AI and project management is key for advancing the technological goals of the Red Shoe Movement.

Ana is a multitasker by heart that thrives by helping the people around her succeed. Born and raised in Mexico, Ana is now a Cape Cod local with a Hospitality Management degree and a passion for project management.
Ana has been working closely with Mariela for 3 years now as her Executive Assistant with responsibilities over Direct Marketing, Account Management and Online Programs Administration.

Lila Chami is a Graphic Designer who graduated from FADU (Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism) at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Currently working as a freelancer, Lila also contributes her expertise by assisting in the instruction of a class focused on contemporary art and design at her former university.

Gustavo is the CEO of Ketchum Argentina as well as partner, Regional Director Latin America of Ketchum Public Relations, one of the largest PR agencies in the world, and one of the most brilliantly creative people we know.
He’s the winner of multiple industry awards including a CLIO and a Lion at the Cannes Creativity Festival – where he was also a judge-, a university professor and passionate about all things NYC.
Considered a true innovator and thought leader in the PR world, Gustavo’s clients include many of the largest multinational companies in his native Argentina, such as Hilton, Clorox, 3M, Pepsico, Kimberly Clark and many others.
Eugene Kelly

Until August 2023, Eugene Kelly served as Senior Vice President for Global Diversity & Inclusion for Colgate-Palmolive, an $18 billion consumer products company serving people in more than 200 countries and territories. Throughout his career, his focus was on furthering Colgate’s effort to attract and retain the best people from a diverse and broad base of global talent.
Since joining Colgate in 2001, he provided HR leadership in the areas of succession planning, competencies/career tracks, staff development, performance management strategies and organization change management.
Prior to Colgate, he held positions at AOL/Time Warner, PepsiCo, Wendy’s International and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Dr. Linda Bell

Linda A. Bell has served as Provost and Dean of the Faculty and the Claire Tow Professor of
Economics at Barnard College Columbia University since 2012. Previously, she was the Provost and John B. Hurford Professor of Economics at Haverford College.
In her varied professional and scholarly capacities, Provost Bell has served as a consultant to the World Bank and the U.S. Department of Labor, a senior economist in the research department of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and a visiting faculty member at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and Stanford University.
She is an empirical economist specializing in labor markets and public policy; her recent research focuses on the determination of gender compensation differences in executive pay at large U.S. corporations and on female mentorship at the executive level.
She has been a committee chair for the American Association of University Professors and a board member of the Committee on the Status of Women in the Economics Profession of the American Economic Association. Provost Bell received her Ph.D. from Harvard and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a University Scholar.
Elizabeth Nieto (She/Her)
Global Head of Equity & Impact Spotify
Elizabeth joined Spotify in 2021 to lead Equity and Impact, responsible for Social Impact, Sustainability & Climate Action and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
Before Spotify, Elizabeth was Amazon’s Global Head of DEI. Prior to this, Elizabeth held roles within DEI, Learning & Development and Talent Management and as a Human Resources leader at MetLife, Marsh and Citigroup. She has a broad array of experiences in managing global and regional organizations working extensively in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Asia.
Born and raised in Argentina, Elizabeth is committed to her work in non-profit organizations that support access to developmental opportunities for young underserved talent as a board member of The Opportunity Network, and A Fair Shake for Youth.
Daisy Auger-Domínguez
C-Suite Leader, Speaker, board Advisor
C-Suite Leader at the leading edge of People & Culture , Daisy is an accomplished executive and dynamic leader widely recognized for her ability to lead organizational transformations on the leading edge of people and culture.
A natural communicator and team-builder with a purpose-driven mindset, Daisy launched her career at Moody’s Investors Service. She subsequently held leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, Google, Time Warner, and Viacom. Most recently, she served as Global Chief People Officer at Vice Media, overseeing and guiding the end-to-end employee experience, including DEI, ESG, and corporate facilities. Additionally, Daisy founded Auger-Domínguez Ventures, a workplace strategy consultancy.
Driven by a mission to build workplace cultures rooted in shared values and purpose — cultures that work for everyone while enhancing performance — Daisy authored ‘Inclusion Revolution’ and has been featured in publications like Harvard Business Review and IDEAS.TED. She has received many recognitions throughout her career including Brooklyn Community Service’s Social Impact award, Hispanic Executive’s Top 10 Leaders, People en Español’s 25 Most Powerful Women, Walter Kaitz Foundation Changemaker, and the New York City Council Leadership in Community Service Award. She has also received the Red Shoe Leader Award.
Daisy serves on the boards of Planned Parenthood Federation of America and St. Ann’s Warehouse, as well as the Board of Trustees of her alma mater, Bucknell University.
Andres Graziosi
Senior Executive Health Care Leader
An accomplished and forward-thinking global leader who brings over two decades of experience in the dynamic landscape of the healthcare industry. Throughout his career, he has navigated diverse geographies, leaving a significant impact in America, Asia and Europe. His journey in the pharmaceutical sector has been marked by the cultivation of multicultural, purpose-driven teams that consistently achieve high impact. Over the years, he held senior roles in different functions, becoming in 2016 a member of the Novartis Pharma Executive Committee as President of the Latin America and Canada (LACan) Region for Pharma, and most recently in the role of Global Head of Pharma Strategy and Commercial Transformation, until end of 2023.
Andres continued with his commitment to driving innovation, unlocking faster access to the right treatments to patients in need, by fostering collaboration in the health sector. He is now an entrepreneur, Board member of several companies, and has founded different startups.
He has a degree in Finance and a MBA from ESEADE in Argentina, and has attended several executive business programs at Harvard school of Business, Babson college, and Tuck school of Business.
