Why Do we Launch this Collection
After a long trajectory walking in women’s shoes and helping them achieve their career goals, we bring you a collection of walking and running shoes that will allow you to discover and leave your mark in the world in complete comfort and style. This collection invites you to try on the role of the curious Explorer as well as assert yourself as the wise Expert as you move around your daily life. We are calling it: the Red Shoe Movement Compass Shoe Collection™️. It’s a Step in the Right Direction!
The name is not a coincidence. It aligns with the Red Shoe Movement’s (RSM) core Mutual Mentoring Methodology which calls for people to alternate the role of Expert and Explorer throughout their day in order to feel engaged and empowered at work and in their personal lives.
An Expert is someone who has some knowledge, wisdom, or experience about a certain topic and can shed light. An Explorer is someone who has questions, concerns or doubts about a topic and is interested in learning more. Stepping into a pair of our Compass Shoe Collection™️ will set you in the right path to learn about the world around you while sharing your wisdom, and at the same time, help you gain insights about yourself. They will set you in the right path for continuous growth.

How the Collection Came to Be
What better way to launch our Shoe Collection than by partnering with Dionis Joi, a woman entrepreneur and an influential member of the Red Shoe Movement community for several years! Dionis Joi is a Jane of many trades: a single mom, entrepreneur, finance executive, certified life coach, published author, artist, and accredited poet. Born and raised in Chelsea, New York City, the art capital of the world, she brings over 20 years of experience in finance within Fortune 50 companies and just as many in the arts.
For over 20 years, Dionis Cochrane, founder of 4U2NJoi Productions, Inc., has been creating unique and affordable mixed media artwork and merchandise that motivate, inspire, and heal. She believes that creativity is the key to life’s essential balance, striving to create customized products that evoke positive emotions in her customers. Her products make those who wear them feel something special and make a statement in any room.
Dionis Joi has an immense passion for helping people express themselves authentically in all aspects of their lives, with a belief that a major part of this expression is rooted in mindset and fashion. Because we want to keep them as unique as you are, each one of our exclusive designs are made in limited amounts.
All the designs are gender neutral and they are available in a wide range of sizes.
The initial launch collection includes an Adventure model to evoke feelings of curiosity, excitement, passion and fulfillment; the Success model to evoke feelings of drive, creativity, purpose and power; and the Peace model in the regular and the Duo Edition, to evoke feelings of clarity, spirituality, focus and freedom. We have a special treat for true practitioners of our methodology.
For those who embrace the concept that we all have something to teach and something to learn at all times, we created the Peace Duo.
An opportunity to walk as an Expert with the right shoe, called Sunrise, and as an Explorer with the left shoe, called Sunset. With the color gradient moving in opposite directions, you make a subtle statement that serves to remind you to alternate these two roles in your real life.
