It’s always a good time to discover new Black women-owned businesses and support them with our spending power. To help them grow. In 2020, women started around 1,817 new businesses every day in the U.S. Fast Company reports that, according to the State of Women-Owned Businesses Report, 89% of them are made up of women of color.

However, the gap that exists between black women-owned businesses’ average revenue and all women-owned businesses is the greatest of any minority. It’s up to us to make a real shift happen. So, if you’ve been wondering what you can do to celebrate and support women during this Black History Month, we have some options for you to consider.
